This Privacy Policy explains how Wise Oracle ("we") handles the information you provide when using this website. We are committed to keeping your data minimal and transparent.

1. Information We Collect

• Oracle sign queries: the three words or three numbers you enter to draw a sign. These are processed only to generate your reading and are not stored on our servers.
• Birth chart input: the name, birth date, birth time, gender, and timezone you enter for a Birth Chart Reading. These are processed only to generate your reading and are not stored after the response is returned.
• Device cookie: to enforce free daily quotas and prevent abuse, we set a cookie-based device identifier. This cookie does not contain your name or birth data.
• Usage logs: we log basic request metadata (timestamp, IP address, route, status code) for security and reliability. We do not log the content of your oracle words or birth chart input.

2. How We Use AI Services

Birth Chart Readings are generated by a third-party AI model. To produce your reading, your birth chart data (name, gender, pillars, and derived astrological values) is sent to the AI provider for processing. The AI provider may retain data according to its own policies. We do not store your birth chart input on our own servers after the reading is returned.

AI-generated content is positioned as cultural self-reflection, not as professional advice or prediction.

3. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to identify your device for free-quota tracking. This cookie is set automatically when you use the Birth Chart Reading tool. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration.
• We do not store your oracle words, numbers, or birth chart input beyond the request.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

5. Your Rights

• Access and deletion: since we do not store your oracle or birth chart input, there is no personal data record to access or delete. Usage logs are retained for a limited period for security and then automatically purged.
• Opt-out of cookies: you may disable cookies in your browser. This may affect free-quota tracking and could limit the number of readings available per day.
• AI processing opt-out: if you prefer not to send data to an AI provider, do not use the Birth Chart Reading tool. The Ask the Oracle tool does not use AI and does not send data to third-party AI providers.

6. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.
